12. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS.

Right to return goods

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please note that undercurrent regulations you have a period of 14 calendar days, beginning on the date of delivery of the product, in which to return it. (According to art. 68-79 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the consolidated text on the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws). However, MULTIÓPTICAS, S.C.L. has voluntarily extended the said period for the consumer to exercise their right to return goods to a period of 30 calendar days. In order to exercise the right to return purchased goods, all returned products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging, failing this, the goods may depreciate in value.

Please note that all personalised items, such as prescription contact lenses, for example, are strictly excluded from the customer’s right to return purchased goods.

Refund
The refund period is 14 calendar days from the date of the return request, although this will only take effect once the items have been received and inspected to ensure that the user has not manipulated them in any way, except in order to, check the characteristics, condition and proper functioning of the items.

If the initial payment was made with a Bank Card, the refund will be made to the same card.

Cancellation of Purchase.
